Cyndy Henry is a highly skilled professional with over 18 years of experience in data analysis, research, HR coordination, and project management. As a strategic operations specialist, she brings a meticulous approach to fact-finding, research, and deliverable development, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and aligned with client objectives.
Holding a Bachelor of Science in Community Health with a Minor in Biology from Portland State University, Cyndy has a strong analytical foundation that enables her to gather, interpret, and apply data-driven insights to support organizational decision-making. Her expertise spans business support services, process improvement, contract management, and HR compliance, making her an integral part of the TyCyn & Associates team.
As the HR subject matter expert at TyCyn, Cyndy leads initiatives related to Affirmative Action planning, Department of Labor audits, EEOC Compliance reporting.
Cyndy has successfully developed and managed statements of work, contract schedules, financial analysis reports, and workforce performance tracking tools—helping clients optimize their operations and meet strategic goals.
